Transparency, Security, and Your Rights
To initiate a live booking on the Global Distribution System (GDS), Noble Flights charges a Service Retainer (typically £50 per passenger). This fee covers agent consultation time, system access fees, and administrative setup.
Airline pricing is dynamic. A Booking Reference (PNR) holds the seat availability, but the airline reserves the right to withdraw the fare class or increase taxes until the ticket is fully issued.
If you cancel your booking, the following charges apply based on the time before departure. Note that many "Promo" or "Light" fares are 100% non-refundable by the airline immediately after ticketing.
| Notice Given | Cancellation Charge |
|---|---|
| 70+ Days | Deposit / Retainer Only |
| 57 - 70 Days | Deposit + 40% of Total |
| 29 - 56 Days | Deposit + 60% of Total |
| 15 - 28 Days | Deposit + 85% of Total |
| 0 - 14 Days | 100% Non-Refundable |
*Refunds (if applicable) are subject to an airline processing delay of 8-12 weeks and a £75 administrative handling fee per passenger.
