Booking Terms & Conditions

Transparency, Security, and Your Rights

Last Updated: October 2025 | Effective for bookings made on or after this date
Agency Status
Noble Flights acts as an independent booking agent. We facilitate contracts between you and the airline/principal.
Service Retainer
A £50 per passenger booking fee applies. This is non-refundable in cash. Goodwill credit vouchers may be issued at company discretion.
Your Protection
We prioritize your security with encrypted payments. Flight packages are ATOL protected where applicable.
Important Legal Notice: Noble Flights acts as an independent travel agency, not an airline. We provide specialized booking services to secure competitive fares via the Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS) and NDC platforms. All bookings are subject to the specific airline's Conditions of Carriage, our service retainer policy (£50 per passenger), and applicable refund processing fees. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

To initiate a live booking on the Global Distribution System (GDS) or NDC platform, Noble Flights charges a Service Retainer (typically £50 per passenger). This fee covers agent consultation time, system access fees, reservation holding, and administrative setup. This service is deemed complete once a valid Booking Reference (PNR) is generated and communicated to the passenger.

  • Included in Price: This amount is fully deducted from your final ticket balance. It is not an extra fee if you proceed with the booking.
  • Service Rendered: The retainer represents payment for the "Booking Service" (finding, quoting, securing, and holding the seat). This service is performed at the time of reservation and is non-reversible.
  • Non-Refundable in Cash: If you choose to cancel before paying the balance, or after ticket issuance, this retainer is strictly non-refundable in cash as the service has been performed and costs incurred.
  • Credit Voucher (Discretionary Only): At Noble Flights' sole and absolute discretion, a goodwill credit voucher may be issued for future bookings. This is not an entitlement, legal right, or standard practice. Each request is evaluated individually based on circumstances, and the company reserves the right to accept or decline without assigning reason. No precedent is set by any previous issuance.
Important: The service retainer is strictly non-refundable in cash under all circumstances. Any credit voucher issuance is entirely at Noble Flights' discretion, subject to company policy at the time of request, and does not constitute a legal obligation, refund right, or binding promise.

Airline pricing is dynamic and subject to change without notice. A Booking Reference (PNR) holds seat availability temporarily, but the airline reserves the right to withdraw the fare class, increase taxes, or modify conditions until the ticket is fully issued and paid.

  • 24-Hour Hold: We typically guarantee the quoted base fare for 24 hours from the deposit payment, subject to airline deadlines and availability. This is a courtesy, not a contractual guarantee.
  • Tax & Fee Increases: If the final balance is paid late and the airline increases fuel surcharges, airport taxes, or regulatory fees, the passenger is solely liable for the difference. Noble Flights is not responsible for airline-imposed price changes.
  • Fare Expiry: If a fare expires before full payment, we will offer the new price. If you decline, you may cancel the booking (Standard Service Retainer rules from Section 1 apply). No compensation is payable for fare changes beyond our control.
  • Currency Fluctuations: All prices are quoted in GBP. If payment is made in another currency, exchange rate fluctuations are the passenger's responsibility.

If you cancel your booking, the following charges apply based on the time before departure. Note that many "Promo", "Light", or "Basic" fares are 100% non-refundable by the airline immediately after ticketing. Refund eligibility is determined solely by the airline's fare rules, not by Noble Flights.

Refund Processing & Deductions

All refunds (where applicable under airline fare rules) are processed after deduction of the following components. Please note: All fee amounts below are estimates and may vary on a case-to-case basis.

  • Service Retainer: £50 per passenger (strictly non-refundable in cash, as per Section 1)
  • Administrative Processing Fee: Estimated £25-£75 per booking (covers document reconciliation, system updates, GDS/NDC platform access fees, staff processing time, and administrative overhead). Actual amount may vary depending on booking complexity, fare type, distribution channel, and processing requirements. No fixed amount is guaranteed.
  • Payment Gateway Charges: Approximately 2-3% of original transaction (non-refundable fees charged by payment processors, banks, or card networks at time of original booking). These are third-party charges beyond our control.
  • Third-Party Fees: Variable amount (includes consolidator platform charges, airline-imposed penalties, NDC reconciliation fees, ticketing system fees, and other operational costs imposed by suppliers). These fees are determined by third parties and are non-negotiable.
  • Tax Adjustments: As per airline policy (non-refundable portion of airport taxes, passenger service charges, fuel surcharges, security fees, and regulatory fees as determined by airline policy and applicable regulations).
📐 Net Refund Calculation Formula (As per our Terms):
Final Refund = Airline Approved Amount - Service Retainer (£50/passenger) - Administrative Processing Fee (Variable, Estimated £25-£75) - Payment Gateway Charges (~2-3%) - Third-Party Fees (Variable) - Tax Adjustments
⚠️ Fee Variability Disclaimer:
All administrative, processing, and third-party fees mentioned above are estimates based on standard industry practice. The actual amounts may vary on a case-to-case basis depending on multiple factors including but not limited to: fare class, distribution channel (GDS/NDC), airline policies, payment method, booking complexity, processing time, and third-party service provider charges. No fixed or guaranteed refund amount can be provided in advance, and the final calculation is subject to the specific circumstances of each booking and refund request. By requesting a refund, you acknowledge and accept this variability.
💡 Goodwill Credit Vouchers (Discretionary Only):
In certain exceptional circumstances and at Noble Flights' sole and absolute discretion, we may consider issuing a goodwill credit voucher for a portion of deducted fees. However, please note that:
• This is NOT an entitlement, legal right, or standard practice
• This is NOT guaranteed under any circumstances
• This is entirely subject to company policy at the time of request
• Each case is evaluated individually based on merit and circumstances
• The company reserves the right to accept or decline any such request without assigning any reason
• No precedent is set by any previous voucher issuance

Timeline: Refunds are processed within 14-28 days of airline approval, excluding bank processing time (typically 3-7 business days). Noble Flights is not liable for delays caused by airlines, banks, payment processors, or other third parties.

Customer Authorization & Finality: By submitting a refund request and confirming acceptance via email or other written means, you acknowledge and accept these deductions, the variable nature of processing fees, and the net refund amount. All refunds are final once processed and authorized. No further claims, disputes, or adjustments will be entertained after the refund is processed, except in cases of proven calculation error notified in writing within 14 days of refund receipt.

  • Name Changes: Generally not permitted by airlines. Any name correction is treated as a cancellation and rebooking at current rates. Service Retainer (Section 1) applies to the new booking.
  • Date/Time/Route Changes: Permitted only if the specific fare rules allow it. Changes incur: (a) airline penalty fees, (b) fare difference (if new fare is higher), (c) Noble Flights admin fee of £50 per passenger, and (d) any applicable third-party processing fees. All fees are estimates and may vary case-to-case.
  • Change Requests: Must be submitted in writing. Verbal requests are not binding. Changes are subject to availability and airline approval, which we cannot guarantee.

Noble Flights accepts no liability for and will not pay compensation where the performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by "Force Majeure" events.

This includes, but is not limited to: War, threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, closure of airports or airspace, air traffic control restrictions, and all similar events outside our reasonable control.

In such events, we will use reasonable efforts to assist passengers, but we are not liable for additional costs, delays, or losses incurred. Refunds, if any, are subject to airline policy and our standard refund terms (Section 3).

  • Flight timings shown on your booking confirmation are for guidance only and are subject to change by the airline without prior notice.
  • You must reconfirm your flight times with the airline directly at least 72 hours before travel. Noble Flights is not responsible for schedule changes communicated by airlines.
  • Noble Flights is not liable if you miss a flight due to late arrival at the airport, traffic, security delays, or any reason beyond our control.
  • Check-in deadlines are set by airlines and airports. Please arrive at the airport with sufficient time as advised by the airline.

It is the passenger's sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure:

  • Passports have at least 6 months validity from the date of return travel (or as required by destination country).
  • Valid visas, entry permits, or electronic travel authorizations are obtained for the destination and any transit points.
  • All health requirements (vaccinations, medical certificates, insurance) are met as per destination country regulations.
  • Names on tickets exactly match passport/ID documents. Any discrepancy may result in denied boarding.

Noble Flights accepts no liability for denied boarding, deportation, fines, or additional costs due to missing, incorrect, or expired documentation. We provide general guidance only and are not immigration or health advisors.
