Transparency, Security, and Your Rights
To initiate a live booking on the Global Distribution System (GDS) or NDC platform, Noble Flights charges a Service Retainer (typically £50 per passenger). This fee covers agent consultation time, system access fees, reservation holding, and administrative setup. This service is deemed complete once a valid Booking Reference (PNR) is generated and communicated to the passenger.
Airline pricing is dynamic and subject to change without notice. A Booking Reference (PNR) holds seat availability temporarily, but the airline reserves the right to withdraw the fare class, increase taxes, or modify conditions until the ticket is fully issued and paid.
If you cancel your booking, the following charges apply based on the time before departure. Note that many "Promo", "Light", or "Basic" fares are 100% non-refundable by the airline immediately after ticketing. Refund eligibility is determined solely by the airline's fare rules, not by Noble Flights.
| Notice Given Before Departure | Cancellation Charge |
|---|---|
| 70+ Days | Service Retainer Only (£50/passenger) |
| 57 - 70 Days | Service Retainer + 40% of Total Fare |
| 29 - 56 Days | Service Retainer + 60% of Total Fare |
| 15 - 28 Days | Service Retainer + 85% of Total Fare |
| 0 - 14 Days | 100% Non-Refundable |
All refunds (where applicable under airline fare rules) are processed after deduction of the following components. Please note: All fee amounts below are estimates and may vary on a case-to-case basis.
Final Refund = Airline Approved Amount - Service Retainer (£50/passenger) - Administrative Processing Fee (Variable, Estimated £25-£75) - Payment Gateway Charges (~2-3%) - Third-Party Fees (Variable) - Tax Adjustments
Timeline: Refunds are processed within 14-28 days of airline approval, excluding bank processing time (typically 3-7 business days). Noble Flights is not liable for delays caused by airlines, banks, payment processors, or other third parties.
Customer Authorization & Finality: By submitting a refund request and confirming acceptance via email or other written means, you acknowledge and accept these deductions, the variable nature of processing fees, and the net refund amount. All refunds are final once processed and authorized. No further claims, disputes, or adjustments will be entertained after the refund is processed, except in cases of proven calculation error notified in writing within 14 days of refund receipt.
Noble Flights accepts no liability for and will not pay compensation where the performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by "Force Majeure" events.

It is the passenger's sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure:
