Transparency, Security, and Your Rights

Last Updated:
Agency Status
Noble Flights acts as an independent booking agent. We facilitate contracts between you and the airline/principal.
Service Retainer
A £50 file setup fee is deducted from your ticket cost. This is non-refundable in cash but transferable as credit.
Your Protection
We prioritize your security with encrypted payments. Flight packages are ATOL protected where applicable.
Important Legal Notice: Noble Flights acts as an independent travel agency, not an airline. We provide specialized booking services to secure competitive fares via the Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS). All bookings are subject to the specific airline's Conditions of Carriage. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to these terms.

To initiate a live booking on the Global Distribution System (GDS), Noble Flights charges a Service Retainer (typically £50 per passenger). This fee covers agent consultation time, system access fees, and administrative setup.

  • Included in Price: This amount is fully deducted from your final ticket balance. It is not an extra fee if you proceed.
  • Service Rendered: The retainer represents payment for the "Booking Service" (finding, quoting, and holding the seat). This service is deemed complete once the reservation reference (PNR) is generated.
  • Non-Refundable: If you choose to cancel before paying the balance, this retainer is non-refundable in cash as the work has been performed.
  • Voucher Protection: However, we offer a Lifetime Price Protection Guarantee. The retained amount becomes a Transferable Credit Voucher valid for 12 months for any future booking.

Airline pricing is dynamic. A Booking Reference (PNR) holds the seat availability, but the airline reserves the right to withdraw the fare class or increase taxes until the ticket is fully issued.

  • 24-Hour Hold: We typically guarantee the quoted base fare for 24 hours from the deposit payment (subject to airline deadlines).
  • Tax Increases: If the final balance is paid late and the airline increases fuel surcharges or taxes, the passenger is liable for the difference.
  • Right to Refuse: If a fare expires before full payment, we will offer the new price. If you decline, you may cancel (Standard Service Retainer rules apply).

If you cancel your booking, the following charges apply based on the time before departure. Note that many "Promo" or "Light" fares are 100% non-refundable by the airline immediately after ticketing.

*Refunds (if applicable) are subject to an airline processing delay of 8-12 weeks and a £75 administrative handling fee per passenger.

  • Name Changes: Generally not permitted by airlines. Any name correction is treated as a cancellation and rebooking at current rates.
  • Date Changes: Permitted only if the specific fare rules allow it. Changes incur an airline penalty fee plus a Noble Flights admin fee of £50 per passenger, plus any fare difference.

Noble Flights accepts no liability for and will not pay compensation where the performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by "Force Majeure".

This includes: War, threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire, pandemics, closure of airports, and all similar events outside our control.

  • Flight timings shown on your booking confirmation are for guidance only and are subject to change by the airline.
  • You must reconfirm your flight times with the airline 72 hours before travel.
  • Noble Flights is not liable if you miss a flight due to late arrival at the airport.

It is the passenger's sole responsibility to ensure:

  • Passports have at least 6 months validity from the date of return.
  • Valid visas are obtained for the destination and any transit points.
  • All health requirements (vaccinations, etc.) are met.

Noble Flights accepts no liability for denied boarding due to missing or incorrect documentation.

Many of the flights and flight-inclusive travel arrangements we arrange on your behalf are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts not listed will not be ATOL protected. For more information about financial protection and the ATOL Certificate go to atol.org.uk.
